Beta releases are typically more stable than the earlier Developer Previews, but they're still early test versions of Android. In contrast to that, the Android 13 QPR beta releases are generally safe for all users to install however, there are still a few things to consider before doing so. In a worst case scenario, you might be left without a functioning phone in an emergency.
